The UK gift and home industry is worth around £10 billion at retail and is in the top 10 industry sectors in the UK economy, employing at least 20,000 people in manufacturing alone. GA represents over 1500 member companies: manufacturers, importers, wholesalers, retailers and sector specialists – from high street brand names to individual craftsmen and designers. |

British Jewellers' Association (BJA) |

The British Jewellers’ Association is the voice of the manufacturing jewellery and silverware industry in the UK, representing the interests of over 800 companies. Members include jewellery manufacturers and silversmiths, casting houses, dealers in precious stones, pearls and metals, designer makers, equipment suppliers, importers, wholesalers and independant retailers. |

Surface Engineering Association (SEA) |

The SEA is the umbrella organisation for the advancement of the surface engineering industry. The SEA represents the interest of over 350 member companies from large, multi-national operations through to small, family owned businesses. |

British Travelgoods and Accessories Association (BTAA) |
|
The British Travelgoods and Accessories Association is a non-profit trade association committed to promoting the growth and image of the British luggage, handbags and leathergoods industry. BTAA members design, manufacture, supply, repair and retail everything from handbags to specialist leather gifts. |

Jewellery Distributors' Association (JDA)

The JDA represents wholesalers, distributors and importers of precious and fashion jewellery and accessories. The JDA represents the majority of the principal companies in the sector, as well as helping the new and smaller businesses to grow.

Between them these associations represent 2,500 firms employing some 42,000 people. Members pay an annual fee to belong and in return receive a number of benefits including access to a comprehensive range of business support services.
